不良品を交換しに行ってきた。レシートあって良かったー！
近所の文房具屋で、壁掛け時計を買ったときのこと。家に帰って、早速乾電池を入れて2時半にセット！
あれ？さっき2時半にあわせたはずなのに10時半？？？
よく見ると、針がブラブラ。。。
不良品だった！！！
こういう商品の初期不良、ブラジルでは実は結構あるんだな。
子供のおもちゃでも「買ったその日」にすぐ壊れるとか。
旦那さんは、「安いからしょうがないよ」というけれど。
私からしてみれば日本円で1000円弱くらいのおもちゃとか、1日で壊れてもしょうがないほど安くもないよね？
しかもブラジルの物価でなら、むしろ高いわ！
日本なら100均でも、それなりのおもちゃがたくさんあるのに！！！
近所とは言え、ついさっきだとは言え、商品の交換に行くのって、ちょっと面倒くさい。
それでもなるべく早い方が、さっきの店員さんもいるだろうから話が早いのですぐに交換しに行こう。
はっ！レシートある？
不良品の交換、レシートがない！？
時計が入っていた袋をガサガサ。
良かった、レシート捨ててなかった！
さすがのブラジルでも、買ったときのレシートなしでは交換してくれない。
さっきゴミ箱に捨てた、時計が入っていた段ボールも一緒に、もう一度文房具屋に。
当然こちらの店員は謝るわけでもなく、ただ淡々と返品手続きをしている。「すいませんね」くらい言ってもらえれば、こっちも気が晴れるんだけど！
そんなことブラジルで期待してはいけない。。。
交換処理でも時間がかかる
返品処理するのに3枚の書類にサインしないといけなくて、ちょっとビックリ。大型店の文房具屋さんだったから、返品するにもマニュアルがあるのかな？
いつもはレシートすぐ捨てちゃうけど、レシート捨ててなくてよかった。
今回は、さっき買ったばかりで同じ店員さんだったのでスムーズに対応してくれたけど、当日じゃなく買ってしばらくたっていたら、レシートがあったとしても交換してくれたのかな？
日本でも、その辺の判断は店員次第で微妙なのでは？
無事に交換した時計は、その場ですぐに封を開けて不良品じゃないか確認しました。
不良品を交換しないといけないから、レシートはすぐ捨てない！
それがブラジル！
