一時帰国中にマイナンバーを登録してみた！海外在住者の日本の銀行口座はどうなる？
日本に残した「銀行口座」が使えなくなる！？
海外在住でも、月額無料なので残しておくと何かと便利な日本の銀行口座。
私も日本のクレジットカードを使うことがあるので、その引き落とし口座に使っています。
しかし、2000年に導入された「マイナンバー制度」
銀行口座と紐づけされてマイナンバーの登録がないと、出来る銀行手続きに制限がかかるとか。
そこで今回の一時帰国を機に、
「マイナンバーの手続きをやってしまおう！」
銀行に問い合わせたり、市役所に問い合わせたり。
しかし、その結末はビックリでした。

突然、日本の銀行口座が使えなくなったら
困る！！
先日、銀行のネットバンクで使っていたアプリ
「ワンタイムトークン」を止めないで、携帯電話の機種変更をしたところ・・・
ネットバンクが使えなくなってしまった！
日本のクレジットカードの引き落とし先に入金したかったのに。。。
振り込みは勿論、口座にアクセスできない。
「最寄りの支店にご来店ください！」
ブラジルからなので、めっちゃ遠いんですけど。。。
そんなこともあり、気軽に来店できない私は
今回の一時帰国で、どうしても「マイナンバー」と「銀行口座」を紐づけしたい！
市役所と、銀行と入念に下調べをした後に、
いそいそと市役所に向かい、めでたく番号入りの住民票をゲット！
銀行に出向くと・・・
「すいません。今はまだ、銀行レベルではマイナンバー入りの書類は受け取れないんです！！！」
「勤務先とかには提出するんですけど・・・」
えっ！！！
1週間前に来た時にも、必要書類確認したよねー!
ちゃんと番号入りの住民票まで持ってきたけど！

結果、まだ銀行レベルでは、マイナンバーと口座の紐づけは行っていない。。。

市民課や、国保年金課など、市役所内で課を4か所も回って結構、大変でしたけど。。。
マイナンバー導入で、謄本不要に？
今日のyahooニュースによると、法務省がマイナンバー制度の利用範囲を拡大するために、結婚の届け出やパスポート申請、年金の請求の際の謄本の提出が不要になる戸籍法の改正を目指しているようですね。
戸籍証明書は本籍地しか交付できないため、私もパスポートの期限が切れてしまった時に、日本からわざわざ戸籍謄本を送ってもらわなければならず大変でした。
いろいろな手続きが、少しでも簡素化されるといいですよね。
今回は「まだ銀行とのヒモ付けを行っていない」という残念な結果でしたが、
手続きの流れを覚書
海外在住者が銀行で「マイナンバー」を登録する手続きの流れ
市役所に行って「転入届」を出す。
マイナンバーのカードが発行されるまでは、3週間くらいかかる
滞在期間が短い場合「マイナンバーの番号が付いた住民票」は、当日にとることができる
転入届を出すということは、強制的に国民健康保険の加入、国民年金の加入が必須になります。
銀行で必要な書類
マイナンバーが記載されている書類
- 個人番号カード
- 通知カード
- 住民票の写し
- 住民票記載事項証明書
住所・名前・生年月日が確認できる書類
- パスポート
- 運転免許証
- マイナンバーカード
通帳 （言われなかったけど、多分、銀行印）
【対象となるお取引】
- 非課税貯蓄（貯金、国債）の申し込み 等
- 財産形成（年金、住宅）定額貯金の申し込み 等
- 特定口座、非課税口座（NISA）の開設 等
- 投資信託、国債の口座開設 等
- 外国への送金、外国からの送金の受領 等
代理人によるお手続きには、委任状の提出が必要。
また、併せて名義人さまのマイナンバーが確認できる書類および代理人さまの本人確認書類のご提示をお願いいたします。
銀行口座が使えなくならないためにも、一時帰国の際は銀行に問い合わせてみてくださいね。
