こんにちは、フライドポテトが好きすぎる息子を持つ、ブラジルちえみです。
まぁ、ほとんどの子供は大好きだと思うけど。

ポテトがあると、他の物を食べないくらい好きなんです。
それでは困るので、レストランで注文するときには、時間差であとから持って来てもらうようにしています。
それでも、カロリーが気になりますよね、、、
そこで今回は、フライドポテトが好きすぎるあなたに、少しでもたくさん食べられるように、我が家でやっているカロリーカット方法をご紹介します。

それは、揚げない！
でも、オーブンでやってみたけど、ベタッとして美味しくない。。。

ノンフライヤー！！！
2013年に販売されてから、日本でも一大ブームとなった油を使わず揚げ物ができる「ノンフライヤー 」です。
我が家のものは、フィリップスの「ノンフライヤー 」
ジャンクフード好きな義母が「脂肪肝」になったのをきっかけに、少しでも脂肪分を落として調理したいということで購入しました。
揚げないフライドポテト
実際、どのくらいカロリーカットになるのか見てみましょう。
以前、チュートリアルの徳井さんが紹介していたテレビ番組によると・・・
フライドポテト124kcal→ 84kcal
ただし、全く油を使わないと、普通のフライドポテトより味は劣りますよね。
そこで、私のおすすめは冷凍食品のフライドポテト！

でも、せっかく食べるなら美味しいフライドポテトが食べたいもんね。
ノンフライヤーを購入するとき「オーブンで出来るからいらないんじゃない？」と反対派でした。
しかし、実際に使ってみると・・・

ノンフライヤーって、オーブンと何か違うの？
ノンフライヤーは「熱風で調理する」コンベクションオーブンの一種です。

熱風を上下左右から竜巻のように高速循環させることで素材自体に含まれる油を引き出して、ムラなくカラッと！
まるで油で揚げたような仕上がりになります。

上面からだけでなく、下面からも焼けているのはいいですよ。
しかも、食事の準備では、、、
電子レンジも同時進行で使える！
ご飯を温めたいだけなのに、庫内が熱すぎてレンジが使えない。。。
これ、オーブンあるあるではないでしょうか？
別の調理器具なので、同時に電子レンジが使える！
日本のオーブンは電子レンジ兼用のものが多いので、オーブンを使っているときはもちろん、庫内が熱いうちは電子レンジが使えません。
ごはんの準備にはレンジの温め機能は必須なので、ノンフライヤー使いながら電子レンジが使えるのは便利です！
最新のものはダブルレイヤーといって、二段にできる別網もあるそうです。
一度に調理できる量が2倍にできるのは魅力的ですね。
我が家のは、たくさん詰め込むと裏返さないといけないからね。
